1956年17期“工厂設計”轉載了苏联重机厂設計院斯維德洛夫分院工程师伏希夫科夫同志“重型鍛压車間設計的某些問題”一文。文中主要一节“水压机車間在工厂內的位置”提出了兩个重要的帶有原則性的論点。 (一)伏希夫科夫同志拟列了兩个为澆鑄100~600吨重的大鋼錠而采用的煉鋼爐容量表(原文中的表1和表2),并用这兩个表的数据来証明采用小吨位平爐(100吨以下)澆鑄大鋼錠的不合理。由此得出的結論是:对澆鑄100~120吨以上,特別是150吨以上的鋼錠来說,应采用185吨平爐。 (二)第二个论点是:“扭轉一貫把水压机車間布置在机器制造厂內的傳統作法。合理的作法,是把裝有6000吨以下的水压机的輕型水压机車間布置在机器制造
In 1956, the “Factory Design” reprinted the article “Some Issues in the Design of Heavy Forging Plants” by Comrade Vyskov, Engineer of the Soviet Heavy Machinery Plant Design Institute Sverdlov. The main section of the article, “The location of the hydraulic press workshop in the factory,” presents two important, principled arguments. (i) Comrade Vyshkkov plans to list two steel furnace capacity tables (Tables 1 and 2 in the original text) used for the casting of large steel ingots of 100 to 600 tons in weight, and use data from these two tables. To prove that the use of small tonnage open furnace (100 tons or less) casting large steel ingot is unreasonable. The conclusion drawn from this is that, for the casting of steel ingots of 100-120 tons or more, especially 150 tons or more, 185 tons of open hearth furnaces should be used. (b) The second argument is: "Reverse the traditional practice of arranging hydraulic press workshops in machine manufacturing plants. It is reasonable to place light hydraulic press workshops with hydraulic presses below 6,000 tons in machinery manufacturing.
