后进生不只是学习成绩相对落后的学生,还有表现方面不很理想的学生。造成后进生存在的原因是多方面的,比如家庭教育方法不当,家庭教育环境不良,学校教育中老师的歧视,老师教育态度方法的不当,学生个人身体状况、智力状况不佳等等。不同的原因有不同的教育方法,教师应该了解后进生行为的形成原因,采取相应对策,以不变应万变。根据我的教学实践,现谈谈自己的一点体会。
Students are not just students whose academic performance is relatively backward, but also those who are not very good at performance. There are many reasons for the backward survival such as improper methods of family education, poor family education environment, teachers’ discrimination in schooling, improper methods of teacher’s education, personal condition of students, poor intelligence status and so on. Different reasons have different methods of education, teachers should understand the causes of the formation of post-graduation students, to take appropriate measures to maintain the status quo. According to my teaching practice, I now talk about my own experience.
