《刮痧》被收录于苏教版高中语文必修三,讲述移民许大同的父亲因为刮痧而在孩子背部留下青紫的痕迹,被美国社会误认为家暴,在美国遭遇的一场虐待儿童的司法冲突。文章以一个矛盾为引,展开了法律与亲情之间的矛盾对碰。本文以两者矛盾为主,从情与法方面浅析中西方文化差异。一、生活细节冲突《刮痧》中小丹尼斯的背部留下青紫的痕迹这一生活细节,导致许大同陷入虐待儿童的法律指控。这一矛盾让读者有了多角度多层次的解读空间。不仅有中西文化差异的冲突,也有人情、亲情的诠释,这个问题一直令人深思。一场矛盾引发的社会性问题,证明了法与情首先来自于文化差异。刮痧本身是个引子,
