目的 探讨飞行人员骨代谢的变化规律。方法 测定171名飞行人员血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、尿钙与肌酐比值(尿Ca/Cr)、桡骨骨密度(BMD)。结果 飞行人员血Ca、P、ALP、尿Ca/Cr水平与对照组比较无显著性差异,并且各机组间比较也无显著性差异。各机组血清BGP低于对照组,但运输机组和直升机组较对照组呈显著性差异。各机组飞行人员桡骨骨密度(BMD)与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论直升机和运输机的强噪声、振动刺激是否通过神经体液的调节而抑制了机体BGP的合成或分泌,进而与骨代谢有一定联系,值得探讨。
Objective To explore the variation of bone metabolism in pilots. Methods The serum levels of calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), BGP, ratio of urinary calcium and creatinine (urinary Ca / Cr), radial bone mineral density (BMD) . Results The levels of Ca, P, ALP and urinary Ca / Cr in flight crew were not significantly different from those in control group, and there was no significant difference among all flight crew. BGP in each group was lower than that in control group, but there was significant difference between transport group and helicopter group compared with control group. There was no significant difference in BMD between pilots and control group. Conclusion Whether the strong noise and vibration stimulation of helicopter and transport aircraft can inhibit the synthesis or secretion of BGP through the regulation of neurohumoral fluid and then have some connection with bone metabolism is worth discussing.
