目的探讨+ Gz 重复暴露后大鼠脑组织热休克蛋白70( H S P70) 基因表达的变化及其在+ Gz所致脑损伤中的作用。方法用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应( R T- P C R) 检测方法检测+ Gz 重复暴露大鼠脑组织 H S P70 m R N A 表达水平。结果 + Gz 重复暴露后30 min 、6 h 大鼠脑组织 H S P70m R N A 均有升高,分别是对照组的1 .7 倍和2 .6 倍,24 h 恢复正常。结论 + Gz 重复暴露可诱导大鼠脑组织 H S P70 m R N A 的表达, 可能与+ Gz 所致脑损害后神经细胞的自身保护有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of gene expression of heat shock protein 70 (H S P70) in rat brain after + Gz repeated exposure and its role in + Gz induced brain injury. Methods The level of H S P70 m R N A in rat brain exposed to + Gz was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results Hsp70m R N A was increased in the brain tissue of rats exposed to + Gz for 30 min and 6 h, respectively, which were respectively 1 in the control group. 7 times and 2. 6 times, 24 h returned to normal. Conclusion + Gz repeated exposure may induce the expression of HSP70m R N A in rat brain, which may be related to the protective effect of nerve cells after + Gz-induced brain injury.
