目的:观察不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)全网膜光凝术及疗效。方法:对91例151只眼分别为增殖前期糖尿病视网膜病变(PPDR),增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)行全网膜光凝治疗,按技术规定的光凝范围和光凝参数行次网膜光凝术(Sub-PRP),标准全网膜光凝术(S-PRP)和超全网膜光凝术(E-PRP)。结果:PPDR视力提高和不变共占27眼(81.8%),早期PDR视力提高和不变共占55眼(82.9%),而高危PDR视力提高和不变共占35眼(68.6%)。结论:激光治疗不同分期的糖尿病视网膜病变疗效不同,要想保存患者的视力和病情的稳定,把握合适的治疗时机和选择合理的激光参数,掌握熟练的操作技术,才能起到事半功倍的效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of whole-retinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy (DR) with different stages. Methods: Ninety-one eyes (91 eyes) were pre-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PPDR) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) underwent whole-mesh photocoagulation. According to the range of photocoagulation and the parameters of photocoagulation, Sub-PRP, Standard Retinal Photocoagulation (S-PRP) and Ultra-Retinal Photocoagulation (E-PRP). Results: 27 eyes (81.8%) had visual acuity improvement and no change in PPDR, 55 eyes (82.9%) had visual acuity improved and unchanged in early PDR, 35 eyes (68.6%) had high visual acuity and change in high risk PDR. Conclusion: Laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy at different stages has different curative effects. In order to save the patients’ eyesight and the stability of the disease, it is more effective to grasp the appropriate timing of treatment and select the appropriate laser parameters and master the skillful operation technique.
