目的:了解甲型H1N1流感的临床特点和治疗效果。方法:分析北京佑安医院收治的95例甲型H1N1流感确诊患者的临床特点。结果:95例患者中,发热85例,咳嗽69例,咽部不适51例,咳痰26例。经过治疗全部治愈出院,平均住院时间6.1 d。结论:甲型H1N1流感临床表现与季节性流感相同,预后较好,轻症患者奥司他韦与中药对症治疗疗效相似。
Objective: To understand the clinical features and treatment of Influenza A (H1N1). Methods: The clinical features of 95 confirmed cases of Influenza A (H1N1) in Beijing You’an Hospital were analyzed. Results: Of the 95 patients, 85 were fever, 69 were cough, 51 were throat discomfort, and 26 were sputum. After treatment, all cured and discharged, the average length of stay 6.1 d. Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of Influenza A (H1N1) are the same as that of seasonal flu, and the prognosis is good. The efficacy of oseltamivir in Chinese patients with symptomatic treatment is similar to that of traditional Chinese medicine.
