根据理论上木素含量和OXE(Oxidation equivalents)的关系可推断出纸浆得率损失与废水COD之间的相关关系。
Based on the theoretical relationship between lignin content and OXE (Oxidation equivalents), the correlation between pulp yield loss and wastewater COD can be inferred. The study found that for different oxygen delignified pulp, the ratio of yield loss to COD was very close, and the ratio of COD to pulp yield loss was 0.9. Striking conditions and increasing the amount of O2 and H2O2 in the extraction section increase the load on the wastewater and reduce the pulp yield. At higher extraction temperatures, the addition of more H2O2 degrades more of the cellulose, making the ratio of COD to pulp yield loss closer to 1.
