前房异物并非少见,我院1984年～1993年收治的39例中漏诊的就有18例,分析如下.(一)一般情况:39例中,男34例,女5例.年龄最大43岁,最小 2(1/2)岁;18岁以下21例,占53.8%.农民14例,学生18例,工人4例,其它职业3例.右眼20例,左眼19例.(二)异物存留时间:最短1天,最长5年.其中1周内16例,4周内15例,1年内5例,1年以上3例.有29例早期曾在外院诊治过,其中5例曾施行手术治疗.
