Seasonal Tastes All-day International Feast
从清晨6点营业到深夜11点的知味餐厅位于七层，和酒店大堂同层。这个全日餐厅为客人呈现品类丰富的国际美食和当地特色食品。餐厅名字起得简洁而明白，这间餐厅是要邀请客人们品尝来自世界各地的超越想象的丰富美味，从一日三餐中点燃对食物的热爱。
知味餐厅拥有高挑的天花板，明亮的椭圆形铜质吊灯，和可以俯瞰窗外闹市景观的落地大窗，用餐区采用浅色木质家具并通过鲜活植物点缀。餐厅特色的开放式厨房和五个现场烹饪工作台足以让所有食客激动，五个现场烹饪工作台的主题包括烹饪泰餐和当地美食的亚洲风味、寿司刺身供应不断的日料风味、主打披萨意面的地中海风味和活色生香的烧烤台等，厨师与食客间可以充分互动。每周五及周六餐厅还推出“海鲜及烧烤”主题自助晚餐，精选美食的儿童自点菜单也能让小朋友吃得开心健康。
Seasonal Tastes is the hotel's all-day contemporary restaurant serving gourmet international cuisine. Its open kitchens and marble-top buffets whet the appetite while the dining room features clean white lines and lofty ceilings. Illuminated by a decorative bronze oval chandelier， natural light streams in through a wall of large windows overlooking Sukhumvit Road and the garden. Live plants and light wood furnishings complement lime green accents. Live cooking station culinary themes include Mediterranean， featuring fresh pasta， pizzas and salads and Asian， including local Thai cuisine and regional dishes.
