由上海人民出版社出版的《发展与改革——若干重大经济问题研究》一书,是上海社会科学学会联合会根据江泽民同志1988年冬在上海市纪念党的十一届三中全会十周年理论讨论会上提出的要求,组织上海高等院校、科研单位、学术团体和实际部门共同撰写的。书中运用马克思主义原理,研究了我国经济改革与开放中的十七个问题。这十七个问题虽不都是同一层次上的问题,有属深层次的理论问题,有属现实经济问题,但都是当前亟待解决的重大经济问题。
The book “Development and Reform - Studies on Some Major Economic Issues” published by the Shanghai People's Publishing House is a study by Shanghai Federation of Social Sciences based on the 10th anniversary of Comrade Jiang Zemin's 10th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee in Shanghai in the winter of 1988 The demands made during the seminar were co-authored by Shanghai institutions of higher learning, research institutes, academic groups and practical departments. The book uses Marxist principles to study the seventeen problems in China's economic reform and opening up. Although these seventeen issues are not all problems on the same level, they are deep-seated theoretical issues and real-world economic issues, all of which are major economic issues that are urgently to be resolved at present.
