为了解决实行“战时共产主义政策”中的问题,苏联在列宁的领导下实行了“新经济政策”推动了经济的发展。现在,我们重新学习列宁的有关论述,深刻领会“新经济政策”的实质,对于建设有中国特色的社会主义依然有深远的现实指导意义。
In order to solve the problem of implementing the “policy of communist wartime”, the Soviet Union implemented the “new economic policy” under the leadership of Lenin to promote economic development. Now that we have studied Lenin again and deeply understand the essence of “new economic policy,” we still have far-reaching realistic guiding significance in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
