作者报告1例发生于硬腭多形性腺瘤中出现透明细胞,经组织学、免疫组织化学与电镜等检查证实。患者男性,28岁。硬腭部有一圆形肿块,大小2cm×2cm×2cm,有弹性,边界清楚。将摘除肿块组织常规固定,包埋,切片,HE染色,镜检。进一步处理后,行免疫组织化学和电镜检查,其结果如下:多形性腺瘤在组织学上,主要由多角形细胞的实质性增殖而成,部分为立方形的细胞形成管腔。间质有纤维性或玻璃样组织。在多角形的肿瘤细胞间呈现大的类圆形或
The authors reported that 1 case of clear cell pleomorphic adenoma developed transparent cells, confirmed by histology, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy. The patient is 28 years old. The hard palate has a round mass with a size of 2cm x 2cm x 2cm, elasticity and clear boundaries. The tumors were removed and routinely fixed, embedded, sectioned, HE stained, and examined by microscopy. After further processing, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy examinations were performed. The results are as follows: The pleomorphic adenomas were histologically formed mainly by proliferation of polygonal cells, and part of the cuboidal cells formed lumens. Interstitial fibrotic or glassy tissue. A large round shape or appearing between polygonal tumor cells or
