慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)为一种具有双相演变过程的骨髓增生性疾病,为确定CML 的不同演变期(慢性→加速→原始细胞危象)外周血中性粒细胞(NG)髓样分化抗原表达情况及其意义,作者对49例患者进行了研究。49例不同演变期的CML 患者,共行54次NG膜抗原检测。检测方法采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)免疫酶技术,用识别外周血NG 膜抗原单克隆抗体PMN31D8 及DMN13F6对外周血涂片
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disease with a biphasic evolution process. To determine the different evolutionary stages of CML (chronic → accelerated → primitive cell crisis) peripheral blood neutrophil (NG) myeloid differentiation The authors studied 49 cases of antigen expression and its significance. 49 cases of CML patients with different evolutionary stages performed 54 NG membrane antigen tests. The detection method was alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) immunoenzymatic technique and peripheral blood smears were used to identify peripheral blood NG membrane antigen monoclonal antibodies PMN31D8 and DMN13F6.
