目的在小儿手足口病患儿治疗期间采用以下药物联合治疗:喜炎平、阿昔洛韦,探究临床疗效以及对细胞因子的影响。方法该次探究需要利用自愿参与原则在该院所收治的小儿手足口病患儿中选取58例作为样本人群,就诊时间段是2016年1月—2017年1月,按照随机数字表法对58例患儿实行均分,两组患儿分别命名为实验组和参照组,每组29例患儿。参照组患儿:应用阿昔洛韦治疗,实验组患儿:应用喜炎平、阿昔洛韦联合治疗。结果实验组患儿临床总有效率、IL-6(血清白介素-6)、IL-10(白介素-10)、INF-γ(干扰素-γ)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子α)水平均显著性更佳,比较参照组患儿组间数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿手足口病患儿治疗期间采用以下药物联合治疗:喜炎平、阿昔洛韦的临床疗效较为理想。
Objective To treat the children with hand-foot-mouth disease during the treatment of children with the following drugs: Xiyanping, acyclovir, to explore the clinical efficacy and cytokines. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in children with the following combination of drugs during treatment: Xiyanping, acyclovir clinical efficacy is ideal.
