目的分析研究并观察中药足浴联合西药治疗对早期糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法选取与该院内2015年1月—2016年1月1年间就诊的早期糖尿病足患者79例,随机分为对照组和实验组两组。其中对照组39例,实验组40例。对照组的患者给予常规西医治疗方法,实验组在该治疗基础上外加中药足浴治疗,观察两组早期糖尿病足的治愈情况,对治疗结果进行统计记录。结果中药足浴联合西药治疗对早期糖尿病足的治疗效果更优,治疗有效率,实验组90.00%比对照组53.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴联合西药治疗对早期糖尿病足的治愈效果显著,优于单纯的西药综合疗法。
Objective To analyze and observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with western medicine on early diabetic foot. Methods A total of 79 patients with early diabetic foot who were treated in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 39 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group. Patients in the control group were given routine Western medical treatment. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the treatment. The cure of early diabetic foot was observed in both groups, and the treatment results were recorded statistically. Results Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Western medicine treatment of early diabetic foot better treatment efficiency, the experimental group 90.00% 53.85% than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Western medicine treatment of early diabetic foot effect was significantly better than the simple western medicine combination therapy.
