目的研究严重2型糖尿病患者足部溃疡创面护理措施。方法选择2016年6月—2017年5月期间在该院接受治疗的糖尿病组部溃疡患者56例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,其中观察组28例,对照组28例,分别接受糖尿病足部溃疡的优质护理和常规护理,比较两组患者的溃疡创面恢复情况。结果观察组患者28例,愈合16例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率92.9%;对照组患者28例,愈合12例,好转8例,无效8例,总有效率71.4%;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在严重2型糖尿病患者足部溃疡创面护理中的应用效果显著,患者足部溃疡创面愈合率更高,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To study the treatment of foot ulcer wounds in patients with severe type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty-six patients with ulcerative diabetic patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, including 28 cases in observation group and 28 cases in control group To receive quality care and routine care for diabetic foot ulcers, ulcer healing was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 28 cases were cured, 16 cases were cured, 10 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 92.9%. In the control group, 28 cases were cured, 12 cases improved, 8 cases improved, and 8 cases were ineffective with a total effective rate of 71.4% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing has significant effect on the treatment of foot ulcer wounds in patients with severe type 2 diabetes. The wound healing rate of foot ulcers in patients is higher, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
