改革的浪潮撞击着每个人的心,职工思想异常活跃,一连串惊叹号、疑问号摆在企业党委面前。作为企业党组织的负责人——党委书记,面对改革开放的新形势,也存在某种迷惘、惊叹和疑问,加之前几年党的建设、思想政治工作受到削弱,书记们多么需要理解,多么需要支持!正是在这种情况下,北京市工业企业党委书记联谊会应运而生了。这个联谊会是北京市思想政治工作研究会的分支机构,1987年7月一成立,就受到市委领导的重视
