甲襞微循环(Nfm)是人体皮肤微循环的一部份,在一定程度上可反映全身的微循环状态。甲襞管袢形态学的改变与许多疾病有关,如高血压病Ⅱ期患者与冠心病患者 Nfm 均有显著异常。这些异常表明机体有病理性血瘀存在。但是有文献报道,人体处于正常生理过程的某个特殊生理阶段,也有血瘀证的表现。
Microcirculation Nail (Nfm) is part of the human skin microcirculation, to some extent, can reflect the state of the whole body microcirculation. Morphological changes of the Achilles tendon are related to many diseases, such as Nfm in patients with hypertensive phase Ⅱ and patients with coronary heart disease. These abnormalities indicate that the body has pathological blood stasis. However, it has been reported in the literature that the human body is in a special physiological stage of normal physiological process and also has the manifestation of blood stasis syndrome.
