生态环境的改变导致草场严重退化,依靠种植传统牧草和传统育种方式已不能满足畜牧业发展的需求,因此利用基因工程手段培育抗逆新品种就显得尤为重要。苜蓿作为畜牧业生产中的重要牧草之一,对其进行抗逆转基因研究将对我国牧草业发展有重要的现实意义,文章仅就转基因技术在苜蓿耐逆育种上的研究进展作一综述。
The change of ecological environment leads to the serious degradation of grassland. With traditional forage planting and traditional breeding methods can no longer meet the needs of the development of animal husbandry, it is particularly important to use genetic engineering to cultivate anti-retrograde varieties. Alfalfa, as one of the important forages in animal husbandry production, its anti-retrotensive gene research will have important practical significance for the development of forage industry in our country. Only the research progress of transgenic technology in alfalfa resistant breeding is reviewed.
