目的探讨冠心病心律不齐应用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗的效果.方法择取2018年1月至2019年1月我院冠心病心律不齐50例做对照研究,随机数字表法分组,对照组25例采用胺碘酮治疗,观察组25例于对照组基础上采用美托洛尔治疗,两组均接受常规治疗方案,对比两组治疗前后心率和左室射血分数,分析疗效,探讨胺碘酮、美托洛尔联合治疗效果.结果观察组总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);心率、LVEF指标水平,而观察组治疗后心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF指标水平明显高于对
