目的针对慢性荨麻疹患者,研究分析实施枸地氯雷他定片治疗的临床效果及不良反应情况.方法以2017年1月至2019年12月我院皮肤科收治的总计40例慢性荨麻疹患者为对象,随机以每组20例作为观察组和对照组,实施盐酸西替利嗪片治疗针对对照组,枸地氯雷他定片治疗针对观察组,将两组的生活质量水平、血清指标、不良反应情况以及临床疗效做比较分析.结果两组的生活质量水平在治疗前无明显差异,差距无意义(P>0.05).但观察组在治疗后更优,差距有意义(P<0.05).两组的IgE指标在治疗前无明显差异,差距无意
