目的研究分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效.方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的急性脑梗塞患者130例进行研究,对其进行分组,给予阿司匹林治疗的65例

目的研究分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效.方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的急性脑梗塞患者130例进行研究,对其进行分组,给予阿司匹林治疗的65例患者分为单一治疗组,给予阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗的患者分为联合治疗组.比较两组患者的血脂水平、超敏C-反应蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平以及临床疗效.结果经过治疗后,两组患者的血脂水平、超敏C-反应蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平均得到了较为明显的改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后联合治疗组改善程度比单一治疗
