目的分析兰索拉唑联合抗生素三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的治疗效果.方法将2017年1月至2019年1月在我院进行胃溃疡治疗的患者中选取50例作为本次的研究对象,采取随机抽号的方式,将50例患者分为两组,抽取到双号的为对照组,使用抗生素三联进行治疗,抽取到单号的为治疗组,在使用抗生素三联治疗的基础上加上兰索拉唑进行治疗.结果两组在进行治疗后都有一定的好转,但治疗组的治疗效果明显高于对照组的治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论治疗胃溃疡患者时,在抗生素三联治疗的基础上增加兰索拉唑的治疗效果更好,有更高
