脑卒中以其高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率、高复发率和多并发症成为世界性健康问题之一,也成为医学界研究和关注的热点之一。治疗脑卒中的新模式“卒中单元”应运而生,而我国现阶段,不断研究适应我国现状的治疗模式,初见成效,并在实践过程中显现出其优越性,但在具体的操作过程中仍就面临很多问题,如早期康复,社区康复重要性,康复治疗应当持之以恒,重视针灸及心理康复贯穿康复治疗的全过程等。
