目的:研究不同浓度下二苯乙烯苷(TSG)、远志皂苷元(TEN)2∶1配伍抗Aβ25-35损伤PC12细胞的作用,以筛选最适配伍浓度。方法:采用MTT比色法筛选Aβ25-35最适造模浓度,在所得最适Aβ25-35浓度基础上采用MTT比色法筛选TSG-TEN合用抗Aβ25-35损伤PC12细胞作用的最适浓度。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的细胞存活率明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,合用4组(100μmol/L TSG+50μmol/L TEN)的细胞存活率最高(P<0.01)。结论:在本实验所选取的浓度范围内,TSG与TEN 2∶1配伍抗Aβ25-35损伤PC12细胞以“100μmol/L TSG+50μmol/L TEN”合用浓度为最佳。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of TSG and TEN 2:1 on the PC12 cells injured by Aβ25-35 at different concentrations to screen for the optimal combination concentration. Methods: The optimum concentration of Aβ25-35 was screened by MTT colorimetric method. The optimum concentration of TSG-TEN combined with anti-Aβ25-35 in PC12 cells was screened by MTT colorimetric method based on the optimal concentration of Aβ25-35. Results: Compared with the normal group, the survival rate of the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the survival rate of the four groups (100μmol / L TSG + 50μmol / L TEN) . CONCLUSION: In the concentration range selected in this experiment, PC12 cells treated with TSG and TEN 2: 1 with anti-Aβ25-35 were the best combination with “100μmol / L TSG + 50μmol / L TEN”.
