“又好又快”,几乎是2006各省市国民经济和社会发展公报中最热的字眼。从“又快又好”到“又好又快”这个看似简单的提法变化,折射了中国经济的成熟与期望。考量又好又快,在于全面而不是局部,这不仅需要时间,更需要智慧和实践。对此,近些年经济凸起的青岛,无疑是个参照。记者综合青岛市统计局提供的几年来发展数字发现,青岛经济不踩“急刹车”,不靠“急转弯”,而是采取“换挡”方式进行调整。通过近几年结构调整,尤其通过深化改革和扩大开放,其运行质量耐人寻味。
“Good and Fast” is almost the hottest word in the bulletin of national economic and social development of all provinces and cities in 2006. The seemingly simple change of reference from “quick and good” to “good and quick” reflects the maturity and expectations of China’s economy. Consideration of good and fast, is comprehensive rather than partial, which not only takes time, but also need wisdom and practice. In response, in recent years, Qingdao, a prominent economy, is undoubtedly a reference. According to the statistics provided by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Statistics over the past few years, the reporter found that Qingdao did not step on “emergency braking” and did not rely on “sharp turns” but instead adopted a “shift” approach to make adjustments. Through the structural adjustment in recent years, especially through deepening reform and opening up, its operational quality is intriguing.
