作为一个成功的英语教师,始终把大面积提高英语教学质量作为首要任务。但总有一小部分学生学习不理想,这使得教师们极为头疼。究竟是什么因素使得这部分学生的英语学习掉了队?根据长期观察,除个别学生是出于智力因素,绝大部分学生出于非智力因素。具体表现在以下几个方面。一、注意力品质不良。这些学生的注意转移性差,当学习需要将注意力转移时,常常出现不转移或不完全转移情况。例如,体育课后一节英语课往往效果非常差,上了英语课还在惦记着体育课。
