力量素质在体育运动中是重要素质,它与其他素质的发展有着密切的关系,因此力量训练是身体素质训练的一个重要内容。在力量训练时,往往会出现开始阶段力量增长较快,但随着时间的推移,增长速度会逐渐下降,甚至出现停顿现象。造成力量增长停顿的主要原因是训练负荷增长不合理。 运动训练的本质是使机体的内环境与施加负荷的外环境不断取得平衡的过程。如果肌肉对已有的训练负荷已经适应,肌肉力量就不再增长,最多只能维持在现有的水平上。如果训练负荷增长过快,长期、连续的大重量刺激超过了人体机能适应的限度,往往会降低身体和心理的工作能力,使力量增长出现停顿甚至负增长现象。
Strength quality is an important quality in sports and it is closely related to the development of other qualities. Therefore, strength training is an important part of physical quality training. In strength training, strength tends to rise rapidly in the initial stage, but as time goes on, the growth rate will gradually decline and even standstill. The main reason for the pause in power growth is the unreasonable increase in training load. The essence of exercise training is to make the body’s internal environment and the load imposed on the external environment continue to balance the process. If the muscle has been adapted to the existing training load, the muscle strength will no longer increase, at most only to maintain its current level. If the training load grows too fast, long-term, continuous high-weight stimulation exceeds the limits of human fitness adjustment, which often will reduce the physical and psychological ability to work, resulting in the pause or even negative growth of power.
