为适应新型的错齿斜槽齿轮滚刀切削性能的研究工作,作者在Y38—1滚齿机差动齿轮切向进给装置上研制了一套滚齿测力仪,利用该装置可同时测试四向切削分力的瞬时变化值。本文分析了滚齿力作用点位置的改变对测力读数影响的原因,提出了双固定端直筋式左右测力台的设计方法,并应用电补尝原理,从理论上消除了各分力间的相互干扰。经实际使用,测力仪具有较好的刚度与灵敏度。
