目的:对华东唐松草(Thalictrum fortunei)化学成分进行分离并鉴别化学结构。方法:利用各种柱色谱方法对其乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位进行分析,用UV、IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为O-甲基唐松草檗碱(O-methylthalicberine)(1),24S-lanost-9(11)-ene-3β,16β,24,25,30-pentaol(2),胆固醇(cholesterol)(3),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(4),豆甾醇(stigmasterol)(5),豆甾醇3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(stigmasterol3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(6),菠菜甾醇3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(spinasterol3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(7),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(8),蔗糖(sucrose)(9),邻二苯甲酸正丁酯(palatinolC)(10),对羟基正丁基酚醚(4-butyloxyphenol)(11)。结论:化合物1-11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Thalictrum fortunei. Methods: The n-butanol fraction of ethanol extract was analyzed by various column chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds were identified by UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR and 13CNMR spectroscopy. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as O-methylthalicberine (1), 24S-lanost-9 (11) -ene-3β, 16β, 24,25 and 30-pentaol (2), cholesterol (3), β-sitosterol (4), stigmasterol (5), stigmasterol3 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), spinasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), daucosterol (8) , Sucrose (9), palatinolC (10), 4-butyloxyphenol (11). Conclusion: Compounds 1-11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
