第一条根据国家外汇管理局、对外贸易经济合作部发布的《出口收汇考核试行办法》的规定,为了扩大出口,扶优限劣,特制定本细则。第二条本细则中所称出口收汇荣誉企业、出口收汇达标企业、出口收汇风险企业和出口收汇高风险企业系指按《出口收汇考核试行办法》中确定的标准,在年度考核评定时,根据出口收汇业绩对各出口企业评定的等级称号。第三条为鼓励大型企业出口,凡年度出口额在2亿美元以上(由外经贸部提供详细名单)且出口收汇率达到85%、交单率达80%的企业,视同出口收汇荣誉企业。第四条对出口收汇荣誉企业,国家外汇管理局、对外贸易经济合作部给予通报表
Article 1 In accordance with the Provisional Measures for the Examination of Export Receivables Issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, these Rules have been formulated in order to expand exports and improve the quality of the products. Article 2 In these Rules, the honorary enterprises for export collection of foreign exchanges, enterprises that meet the standards for export collection of foreign exchange, the enterprises that export foreign exchange for the receipt of foreign exchange and the enterprises that export for the collection of foreign exchange for high-risk refer to the enterprises established in accordance with the standards set forth in the “Measures for the Examination and Approval of Exported Foreign Exchange” Assessment assessment, according to the performance of export earnings for export enterprises rated grade title.
