我科从 1989年 3月至 1997年 12月用秦氏针进行经皮肺穿术 78例 ,获得满意效果 ,现报告如下。材料和方法 本组 78例病人 ;男 73例 ,女 5例。年龄为 2 8～ 74岁 ,平均年龄 6 1 2岁。均在Ｘ线胸片或胸部ＣＴ上显示为肺内及纵膈异常阴影 ,痰检 3次以上或经纤支镜检查阴性者 ,无严
In our department, from March 1989 to December 1997, 78 cases of percutaneous pulmonary puncture were performed with Qin’s needle, and satisfactory results were obtained. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods 78 patients in this group; 73 males and 5 females. The age is 28 to 74 years old and the average age is 621 years old. All of them showed abnormal shadows of the lungs and the mediastinum on chest X-ray or chest CT. Those who were examined more than 3 times or were negative by fibrobronchoscopy were not strict.
