为实施《建设工程勘察设计资质管理规定》和《工程设计资质标准》,建设部近日出台了《建设工程勘察设计资质管理规定实施意见》(以下简称《实施意见》),要求工程勘察设计企业应于资质证书有效期届满60日前,向原资质许可机关提出资质延续申请。逾期不申请资质延续的,有效期届满后,其资质证书自动失效。
