中国集团公司促进会于1995年10月17日向党中央、国务院领导、国家有关部门报送的专题报告——《防止产权关系行政化》。已引起领导的重视。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅信访局,1995年12月18日复信给中国集团公司促进会,复信内容是:“来信收悉。信中反映的企业产权关系行政化问题,我局已报送中央、国务院领导同志参阅,并已引起领导同志重视。”国家经贸委曾于1995年11月20日写报告给国务院有关领导同志,专题反映了促进会召开研讨会的情况。
