一、营造民主、和谐的学习氛围在学校,教师教和学生学的重要场所是课堂,课堂也是学校开展教育教学活动的重要舞台。而课堂教学的氛围将直接影响着学生对学科知识的兴趣程度,也影响着知识的掌握,甚至影响着学生一生的成长,因而,构建好课堂是教师的基本职责和要求。我所追求的理想课堂是师生能够平等交流互动、师生能够充分展开个性魅力与智慧、实现共同发展的课堂。在以往的课堂中,师生之间是“知识的教授——
