Mr. Song, 65 years old (Shanghai) I retired and entered old age. In the eyes of happiness is the physical health; family, friendship; can do something; not much money, more and better. The key is to have hope, there is hope to have the power of happiness. At present the biggest happiness I think is to contribute to waste heat, the old things, reflect the value of life. For example, someone invited me to lecture or do something meaningful, and get a good rating; for example, I wrote a book last year, also published; for example, for the association to write a continuing education textbook. The most painful one is to pay a lot and little to gain; the second is difficult or unknown career direction. Our country’s reform and opening up have brought little happiness to our generation. The main reason is that social inequality leads to a psychological imbalance that greatly increases our pain index.
