我厂C8955铲齿车床上使用的凸轮,过去铣和磨都是在X62W铣床上进行的,由于操作繁琐、精度差,制造的凸轮质量过不了关。我们自行设计制造了一套在拉刀磨床上半自动磨凸轮的专用夹具,用该夹具磨制的凸轮,使用性能良好,很受工人欢迎。凸轮在工作时要求升程平稳,回程无冲击。升程应符合等速运动曲线—阿基米德螺旋线,回程应符合等加速运动曲线——抛物线。若把凸轮的升量展开,则升程是一条斜直线,回程是一条两端变值小,中间变值大的曲线(图1),
The cams used on our C8955 shovel lathe used to be milled and sharpened on the X62W milling machine. Due to the cumbersome operation and poor accuracy, the quality of the manufactured cam can not be controlled. We have designed and manufactured a set of special clamp for semi-automatic grinding cam on a broach grinder. The cam polished with this clamp has good performance and is very popular with the workers. The cam requires a smooth lifting stroke at work and no impact on the return stroke. Lifting should be consistent with the constant velocity curve - Archimedes spiral, return stroke should be consistent with such acceleration curve - a parabola. If the amount of the cam unfolding, then the lift is a straight line, the return is a small value at both ends, the middle of a large variable value curve (Figure 1)
