本文对隔膜式气敏氨电极的制备方法及其分析性能进行了实验研究,对用不同敏感玻璃成份制成的平板玻璃电极进行了实验比较。视不同成份膜电阻在10—1000MΩ范围内变化,含有铀及钽的敏感玻璃膜电阻较低。本文详述了在玻璃板上用流延法制备聚偏氟乙烯微孔膜的方法,用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯及磷酸三丁酯混合物作成孔剂效果较佳。电极在1—1000微克氨/毫升范围呈能斯特响应,检测下限约为0.1微克氨/毫升。
In this paper, the preparation method and analytical performance of the membrane-type gas sensing ammonia electrode were studied experimentally. The plate glass electrodes made of different sensitive glass components were compared with each other. Depending on the composition of the membrane resistance in the range of 10-1000MΩ change, contain uranium and tantalum sensitive glass membrane resistance lower. This article details the method of casting polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous film on the glass by casting method. It is better to use the mixture of dibutyl phthalate and tributyl phosphate as pore former. The electrode exhibits a Nernst response in the range of 1-1000 μg ammonia / ml with a detection limit of approximately 0.1 μg ammonia / ml.
