前言我厂铸造分厂铸件产量大,清理工作繁重,为提高抛丸效率,采用的是大粒度的白口铸铁弹丸(粒度3.8~4.5),抛九率高达11.0公斤/瓦千·分。因此称为大负荷抛丸机,由于工作条件恶劣,叶片寿命较低。同样材质的叶片在其它分厂使用寿命200小时,在本分厂仅20小时左右,故叶片寿命急待提高。我厂工艺处及设备修造分厂、吉林工大铸工教研室共同进行了约一年试验,采用钇基重稀土取代微量Ti合金,并调整热处理工艺,从而提高了叶片韧性,使大负荷抛丸机叶片寿命从原来不足30小时,提高到100小时以上。
