本文对影响102钢热强性的化学成分及热处理因素进行了分析。分析前结合相分析结果,通过初步核算,将通常用来定性说明热强性高低的V/C比值作了修正。并据此修正比值按原子百分比计算出的碳的平衡情况(C_E)作为研究性能高低的一个综合因素。回归分析表明C_E和之间有较好的对应关系。用C_E可以对既定化学成分及热处理的钢的持久强度作出估量。通过讨论,对如何提高102钢的下限持久强度等提出了几点建议。
In this paper, the chemical composition and heat treatment factors affecting the hot strength of 102 steel were analyzed. Analyze the results of the combined phase analysis prior to analysis, and correct the V / C ratio, which is usually used to characterize the level of heat intensity through preliminary calculation. Based on this, the carbon balance (C_E) calculated by atomic percentage is corrected as a comprehensive factor for the study of the performance level. Regression analysis shows that there is a good correspondence between C_E and. Use C_E to estimate the long-term strength of a given chemical composition and heat-treated steel.
