目的了解大连市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平。方法按照GBZ 128—2002《职业性外照射个人剂量监测规范》的方法对2005—2008年工作人员外照射个人剂量水平进行监测。结果4年间共监测1 941人次,人均有效剂量为1.69 mSv/a;总集体有效剂量为3 271.20 man.mSv。其中从事X射线介入治疗人员年受照剂量最高为5.73 mSv/a,最低的是密封源应用工作人员年受照剂量为1.11 mSv/a,小于5 mSv的人员占总监测人数的93.1%。结论大连市放射工作人员受照剂量呈逐年下降趋势,低于国家标准限值。
Objective To understand the personal exposure level of radiation workers in Dalian. Methods According to the GBZ 128-2002 “Occupational exposure to individual dose monitoring norms” approach to 2005-2008 personal radiation dose monitoring staff. Results A total of 1 941 persons were monitored over a 4-year period. The effective dose per person was 1.69 mSv / a. The total effective dose was 3 271.20 man.mSv. Among them, the annual exposure dose of X-ray interventional therapy was 5.73 mSv / a. The lowest one was 1.11 mSv / a for sealed source workers, and 93.1% of the total monitored persons were less than 5 mSv. Conclusion Radiation workers in Dalian dose showed a downward trend year by year, lower than the national standard limit.
