直肠癌在我国日渐增多。如何合理选用术式、术前辅助性化疗与放疗，均需在术前对局部浸润和淋巴扩散情况有正确的判断。对此，直肠腔内B超恰可提供有价值的参考。当前，国外已将它列为直肠癌术前常规检查项目之一，国内此类报道较少。本文总结我们近年来采用该项检查的体会。1
Rectal cancer is increasing in our country. How to reasonably select surgical methods, preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy, all require correct judgment of local infiltration and lymphatic proliferation before surgery. In this regard, rectal cavity ultrasound can provide a valuable reference. At present, it has been listed as one of the preoperative routine examinations for rectal cancer in foreign countries. This article summarizes our experience with this inspection in recent years. 1
