本试验的目的是,用高品位铁矿粉和木炭粉混合料制成生球生产海绵铁,并得出初步试验数据。对废糖浆、水玻璃和石灰等粘结剂作了试验并对各种操作变量进行了研究。试验表明,勿须对冷却气氛作过多的控制即可生产出金属化率相当高的产品。
The purpose of this experiment is to produce sponge iron from pellets made from high-grade iron ore powder and charcoal powder and to obtain preliminary test data. The binders such as waste syrup, water glass and lime were tested and various manipulated variables were studied. Experiments have shown that it is not necessary to have too much control of the cooling atmosphere to produce a product with a relatively high metallization rate.
