高炉炉顶煤气余压发电装置(TRT)使高炉炉顶煤气压力保持在给定值上,其回收功率与煤气流量、人口煤气压力、温度有关。该文主要介绍了东芝和日立的二个调节系统。东芝系统由转速调节器,功率调节器和压力调节器组成;日立系统增加了前压副调节回路。本文对紧急状态前馈控制系统,电磁涡流制动器在TRT中的应用,密封气体压差控制系统等也作了简要介绍。
The top pressure of blast furnace top coal gas (TRT) keeps the pressure of blast furnace top gas at a given value, and its recovery power is related to gas flow, population gas pressure and temperature. This article mainly introduces two adjustment systems of Toshiba and Hitachi. Toshiba system consists of speed regulators, power regulators and pressure regulators; Hitachi system increased the front pressure regulator circuit. In this paper, the emergency state feedforward control system, the application of electromagnetic eddy current brake in the TRT, seal gas pressure difference control system also made a brief introduction.
