The laser was used as a physical inducer to irradiate the spleen area of tumor patients, and its effect on human endogenous interleukin-2 (IL-2) and NK cells was observed. In clinical trials, we used the self-developed semiconductor laser immunotherapy device with a wavelength of 830 nm and a power of 20 mW to perform two courses of radiation in the spleen region of tumor patients; blood was taken before and after the laser irradiation treatment, and IL-2 activity and NK value were measured. . Results: IL-2 activity was 21±5 (U/ml) and NK value was 8.3±5 after laser irradiation treatment, which was 16±7 (U/ml) and 5.6±3 phase before treatment. There are significant differences. RESULTS: The laser irradiation of the spleen area of the tumor patient as a physical inducer could significantly enhance the activity of IL-2 and increase its NK value close to the normal value, thereby enhancing the inhibition of tumor growth.
