经全国种子总站与福建省种子协会批准,由福建省尤溪县管前农技公司、管前调节剂厂、管前制种服部联合举办的全国杂交水稻超高产新技术研讨会,于1989年12月18日至21日在厦门召开。来自全国各地的种子工作者共五百余人参加了这次会议,一些从事杂交水稻工作的专家、教授,报刊、电台、电视台的编辑、记者及有关方面的负责人共六十余人应邀出席。湖南省政协副主席、全国杂交水稻顾问组组长陈洪新、著名杂交水稻专家袁隆平等就我国杂交水稻发展等问题作了学术报告。
Approved by the National Seed Station and Fujian Seeds Association, the National Super Hybrid Rice Super-high Yield New Technology Seminar jointly sponsored by Guanqian Agrochemical Company, Youxian Regulator Factory and Guanqian Seed Production Department, Youxi County, Fujian Province was held in 1989 December 18 to 21 held in Xiamen. A total of more than 500 seed workers from all over the country attended the meeting. A total of more than 60 people, including experts, professors, editors, reporters, reporters and other responsible persons in charge of hybrid rice work, were invited to attend . Chen Hongxin, vice chairman of CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, head of National Hybrid Rice Advisory Group and Yuan Longping, a famous hybrid rice expert, made academic reports on such issues as the development of hybrid rice in China.
