河北滦河上游自然保护区2002年建立,2008年批准为国家级自然保护区,隶属河北省林业厅,保护区位于围场县境内,面积近50637公顷,距北京384公里、天津504公里。保护区以保护森林生态系统为重心,具有典型的森林、草原、山谷湿地等生态环境,造就了多样的生物物种资源,成为华北地区重要的生物物种基因库,在监测动植物资源、鸟类迁徙、河流径流、种群变化及气候环境等方面具有重要价值。保
Hebei Luanhe Nature Reserve was established in 2002, approved in 2008 as a national nature reserve, under the Hebei Provincial Forestry Department, protected area is located in the county yard, an area of nearly 50637 hectares, 384 kilometers away from Beijing, Tianjin, 504 kilometers. Protected areas are mainly protected by forest ecosystems, and have typical ecological environment such as forests, grasslands and valley wetlands. They have created a variety of biological species resources and become important gene pools of species in North China.
