目前,新课程改革已经逐渐深入到小学教学的各个学科当中,在教学过程中要求教师采用更加合理的教学方法和教学手段,保证各个学习层次的学生得到不同的发展。在小学数学教学过程中,采用分层教学,将不同水平的学生平均分配到各个小组之中,然后小组之间进行竞争,充分发挥学生在课堂上的主体作用,教师在教学过程中,做到将教学目标进行分层,让不同的学生完成不同的教学目标,这样能够切实提高学生的学习兴趣,更好地提高课堂教学的质量和效率。
