The first phase of the Mark V SST dual-purpose trailer was successfully completed. The car uses a mobile terminal ramp, which is a composite part that mounts or unloads the trailer from the Mark V railway bogie system. It enables the Mark V SST trailer to be converted between highways and railroads, making it as fast and effective as existing Mark V trailers with air springs. The Mark V SST trailer system is the latest development to improve trailer equipment and reduce costs. At home and abroad is expected to have a wide range of applications. Using a steel spring instead of an air spring suspension can reduce the cost of a Mark V trailer by more than $ 2,000. The SST (Steel Spring Suspension) system also reduces the truck’s dead weight by 600 1bs (1lbs = 0.453592kg)
